We are thrilled to announce the opening of Papa Vito’s restaurant in Millstadt! Our fourth location recently opened its doors, bringing our authentic tastes of Italian pizza, sandwiches and salads to a village known for its’ German heritage.

“We chose Millstadt for our newest location because it is an ideal fit for the culture of our restaurants,” said Jamie Geoppo of Papa Vito’s. “Millstadt is a small, but growing village with a rich history. We value the sense of family and community that exists here.”

The original Papa Vito’s opened in 1991 in Waterloo. Word quickly spread about the robust homemade flavors being created in the small pizzeria, and soon people flocked from miles around to taste the Geoppo family recipes.

In 2011, the Geoppo family opened their second restaurant in downtown Belleville in a structure originally built as a private residence in 1852. In 2015, the Geoppos added a third location at 4205 North Belt West in Belleville.

Now, just one year later, the fourth location, at 741 W. Washington Street in Millstadt, joins the Papa Vito’s family of restaurants.
